April 27th Chapter Meeting

It's Elementary!  Detective Duos Do Better Work

RTP Foundation - 12 Davis Drive

11:00am - 1:00pm

(11:00am networking ~ 11:30am lunch ~ 11:45am announcements ~ 12:00pm program)

Sherlock and Watson. Cagney and Lacey. Mulder and Scully. Why do so many famous, fictional detectives work together? Because productive partnerships lead to better investigative work. Keen observation, relevant experience, logic, intuition, deduction, and derring-do are rarely found in just one person. And many hands make lighter work.

Productive partners exist in business, too. HR and Operations are natural allies, because both focus on helping their workforce succeed every day. They can do that best by teaming up to search for clues—examples of great work inside and outside their company. Clues abound for how to boost a growth mindset, support continuous improvement, increase worker safety, and much more. Learn how you can work together to examine and adapt these successful examples, ideas, and solutions to fit your organization’s mission and culture.

Invite your favorite counterpart and discover:

·       Where to look for the best clues to success

·       How to deconstruct a great idea and shape it for your organization’s purpose

·       How to become a dynamic duo in the process
