Vice President, Programs: Develops and implements strategies to educate members and provide networking opportunities through monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, seminars, etc. Responsibilities include coordinating program speakers, meeting facilities/logistics, surveying members' views on monthly meetings/related activities, etc. Contributes timely, relevant information to newsletter, website and to the membership.

Vice President, Membership: Develops and implements strategies to recruit and retain members. Governmental Affairs Director:  Develops and implements strategies on communicating national, state and local legislative regulations to chapter members. This includes keeping membership informed on pertinent Human Resources-related legislation, and communicating ways that members can express their opinions on behalf of the chapter to the appropriate legislative bodies. Contributes timely, relevant information to newsletter, website and to the membership.

College Relations Director: Develops and implements strategies for student SHRM chapters affiliated with TSHRM. Responsibilities include establishing student chapters at an accredited college or university within the service area of TSHRM, providing guidance and assistance to the student chapter President in coordinating student chapter activities, providing opportunities for student chapter members to participate in TSHRM activities, and developing mentoring opportunities between student members and active TSHRM members. Contributes timely, relevant information to newsletter, website and to the membership.
