Secretary, Finance: Develops and implements strategies to assure the financial health of TSHRM. Director, College Relations: Develops and implements strategies for student SHRM chapters affiliated with TSHRM. Responsibilities include establishing student chapters at an accredited college or university within the service area of TSHRM, providing guidance and assistance to the student chapter President in coordinating student chapter activities, providing opportunities for student chapter members to participate in TSHRM activities, and developing mentoring opportunities between student members and active TSHRM members.
