In many companies today, team models that are inefficient and bureaucratic are actually working against overall business success. Well-intentioned leaders may attempt to add the latest tools or techniques as a sign of forward thinking, but organizational transformation is only possible and sustainable when driven by a few non-negotiable processes designed with one goal in mind—to move the business forward.

To transform organizations, HR leaders must instill four non-negotiable processes in their culture—one that identifies meaningful metrics and makes them matter; a second that moves the focus from how people feel to what they do to forward the business; a third that encourages active, focused communication; and a fourth that harmonizes behavior to create a “way of work.”

This session will challenge you to examine your company’s current operating system and team functionality, while providing proven, practical solutions for transformation. You’ll discover:

·         Why typical metrics don’t encourage employee engagement, personal accountability, and the business results you want;

·         How to create process-based business strategies and know why they’re effective;

·         How to boost weekly productivity from the board room to the floor.
