We're exploding and stepping outside-of-the box.  YOU have the opportunity to create your own position!!  What are you passionate about? What drives you? What impact and legacy do you want to leave on the Triangle HR community at large?

The only requirements we have are to be: 1.) realistic about how your position will meet it's goals (e.g. lots of great ideas, but consider time and resources) and 2.) ready to commit to your passion (e.g. if the current Board approves, you're ready to hit the ground running)!

All sounds good?  Send us an email ( with the following:

What is your company’s culture? Does it have the power to fill employees with a true sense of belonging? When employees feel a sense of belonging and identification with the organization, they are naturally motivated to help it succeed.

The importance of belonging is universal, while diversity and inclusion can mean different things to different people across different cultures. Studies show that feeling a sense of belonging in the workplace leads to more than just good vibes and friendships. Belonging is what helps employees feel like they can be their authentic selves without fear of different treatment or punishment—and it has a major impact on performance and retention.

In this session, you’ll learn seven simple ways to instill a culture of belonging to boost employee engagement, better collaboration, and problem solving. We’ll discuss how to:

·        Lead with an inspirational mission

·        Live by a strong set of values

·        Look for moments to create “how people feel”

·        Leverage leaders as champions

·        Listen respectfully and attentively

·        Lift and recognize individual contributions

·        Lean in toward differences
