Respect for differences is critical for business success. In an ever-changing society, understanding demographic, generational, and gender shifts helps us recruit, engage, and retain diverse talent. This also helps us reinvent and revolutionize our thinking as we address the marketplace and serve our customers.

Experience shows that most employees are capable of contributing at higher levels. However, there are often obstacles to performance caused by individual belief systems, organizational structures and cultures, and sometimes by leadership.

How do you help your leaders capitalize on employees’ distinctive characteristics to encourage full engagement, richer contributions, and innovative thinking? This session will address the strategic approach required, which begins with linking diversity and inclusion initiatives to business imperatives. You will discover:

·         How to understand your leaders’ philosophy

·         Why diversity and inclusion matter—and how to convey their business importance to leadership

·         The focus of winning companies

·         How to leverage diversity’s business advantages inside your organization as well as in the marketplace
