“The DOT: Creating Cultures that Identify and Leverage Strengths”
Envision a dynamic team culture where everyone understands their strengths and feels empowered knowing how they contribute value. The results would yield extraordinary workplace efficiency, maximized employee engagement and retention, and ultimate peak performance. However, the majority of employees self-report not feeling this is the type of culture they work in. In fact, recent SHRM and GALLUP workforce studies have revealed the majority of employees feel untapped, under-empowered, and overworked. Their full potential lies dormant, sinkholes form in their communication and performance, and apathy is spread to others. The human resource solution to these problems is understanding the principles introduced in a new book titled, “The Dot,” a parable story presenting a new approach at empowering people and creating dynamic workforce cultures. The story of “Dot” will not only teach you four powerful principles to help you position your human resources role to others more effectively, but also help you identify hidden talent and leverage employee strengths in any situation.
· Identify #1 determinants of success for individuals and organizations
· Discover a fresh new approach at employee empowerment that identifies and leverages strengths in any situation
· Participate and take home a newly simplified assessment tool to facilitate with others in your organization.
