It’s all about your behavior, not your personal culture! While cultural understanding is important everywhere, it’s only the first step. In this session facilitated by Jerel Bonner, you will learn the difference between behavior and culture, and how you can exhibit the behaviors of success.
In today's workforce, people need to better understand the difference between 'behavior, attitude, and culture'. So many times we hear 'Well, baby boomers do this or Gen X does that...' or 'My manager doesn't understand my generation she wants to do...'. We are going to let you in on a secret: 'DOING' is Behavior, not Culture. In this session, we are going to sensitize you to recognize the 'behaviors' of different cultures, generations and your personal behaviors. To be successful, it's better to understand effective behaviors, along with understanding a culture.
