We learn early in life that actions are what we are rewarded for - so we act. But there are areas in life, like leadership, where actions alone will not bring the wanted results. Why? There is a big distinction between acting as a leader and being a leader and we need to learn how to shift our focus, so we can reach BEyond leadership. This is when we see consistent results and inspire others to join us in the change that we lead.

Leave with a deeper understanding of:

  • Doing vs Being - Where is your focus as a leader? Learn the difference between Acting as a Leader and Being a Leader
  • Going from AwareLESS to Awareness. Conscious leaders notice their being and what they are doing so they can improve their blind spots.
  • The DARE Model – your tool for reflecting and identifying where your blind spots are as a leader, which will assist in achieving the change you want

Noa Ronen, MBA PCC is a speaker, executive and leadership coach, author, vlogger, disruptor, and coffee lover. She has over 20 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, and Coaching.

Noa’s personal relocation experience impacted her perspective about being different and her passion to create bridges between people. Her motto is very simple: “Don’t look for the differences in others, just open your mind and heart to see things differently.” It is her invitation for you to make new choices about the way you are being and step towards what she calls the “BEyond Leadership” where you inspire and influence others. Noa served as the ICF Raleigh Chapter President from 2015-2017.
