In this interactive session, enhance your effectiveness in working with diverse people and teams! You will take a short self-assessment called GlobeSmart that will reveal your communication and work styles. The session facilitator will help you understand the impact of various styles on leading and teaming across cultures. Through a collaborative exercise, you will compare your GlobeSmart profile with others and explore how to bridge differences as well as leverage them for inclusive and productive team work – whether you work with diverse people in the US or around the world.
