 Workforce Readiness


  • Identify and target individuals within the workforce that are currently under-employed, creating development opportunities to ensure this workforce has the appropriate skills and competencies reach their full potential.

  • Develop partnerships with appropriate area outlets requiring assistance with workforce readiness including community colleges, outplacement organizations, colleges and veteran affairs.

Activities to support our Goals:

  1. Development
    • Conduct training sessions to teach and emphasize the value of career seeking skills, such as resume design and grammar, cover letters, career and professional social networking, etc.
    • Provide insight and knowledge to help understanding the job interview process, and development successful techniques


  2. Growth
    • Conduct training sessions to develop behavior competencies and soft skills that are valuable to career success, such as etiquette, ethics, emotional intelligence, etc.
    • Provide guidance on developing career paths and goals, as well as how to effectively communicate and implement these goals in the workplace
